COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 1-087-011-00-DNF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the 257908 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 06I41LRS0BOA11NST5S00NR0SU manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 03036ET3E286TS by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tamagawa Brand 0SE5K612108 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electro-Craft such as 28833004009 equipment made by Electro-Craft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-Craft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-Craft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 019077482 made by Amat as well as the popular 933192 original spares produced by Unico-/-Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 64288996001 by Nissei and 28833004009 spares by Electro-Craft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 103501100402 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aerotech. |
