COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 106531106BQC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stearns parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the LHYJS2B125YY1151 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 108702100DBF manufactured by Stearns and we are pleased to be able to service most Stearns systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K402VN0125MR206180 by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sterling Brand tb21d25s in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as RNHMS360RYB100 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NT42050SRM115203 made by Thompson as well as the popular 30T10810 original spares produced by Synchroflex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100AT10920 by Synchroflex and RNHMS360RYB100 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M01245FN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
