COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 105672108PF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thomas-Rexnord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Textron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thompson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomas-Rexnord such as the VC1036 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W0890060SSNS05GLQEPZ manufactured by Textron and we are pleased to be able to service most Textron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AT014010S0OAM209 by Manufacturer Thompson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Textron Brand HV509A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHH6175Y11R20 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available lhyj made by Sumitomo as well as the popular DTR900400 original spares produced by Thompson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MH0302OPTION21 by Textron and CHH6175Y11R20 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HU35B1102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Textron. |
