COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 105671105 PF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stelron-Motoreducer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stelron-Motoreducer such as the FLGRO1R07581 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 62X2BSDS manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHH6165PCY174 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Strober-Drive Brand RATIO20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as 18XXH400SF equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LHYJSC4145YY188 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular CNH4095Y15 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P721SPZ0050MTCP721SZ0050 by Stober and 18XXH400SF spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P3814M115SF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
