COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 1 055 521 00 DQF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stelron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teco-Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stelron such as the JOA60100LKM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DH0034 manufactured by Teco-Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Teco-Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HU35B1102 by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand GL20B4000LNRA030616 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as 44142 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RXHSA40L10 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular CHHJS6160YR121 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Imagelite by Stocker--Yale and 44142 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5V10955V109X5E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
