COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 1 055 521 00 DQF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thompson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the P522SGD0500MT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PB0160PN manufactured by Thompson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thompson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HC3100H3 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stearns Brand 105552100DQF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as P905M15SDS equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available STSR made by Sure-Seal as well as the popular UTR0100500RM10069 original spares produced by Thompson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W568M35SK by Tb-Woods and P905M15SDS spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Terex. |
