COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Staubli D221.356.02C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stork products, including obsoleted and phased-out Summa-Four parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stentofon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stork such as the 2R715526A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 70411000300 manufactured by Summa-Four and we are pleased to be able to service most Summa-Four systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1000630540 by Manufacturer Stentofon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand PA191458 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stegmann such as DG60LXSR equipment made by Stegmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stegmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stegmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASO28D54400 made by Sygnetron as well as the popular CE2106LG18STP original spares produced by Storsystem Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P472BR by Sti and DG60LXSR spares by Stegmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FR25C1119 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
