COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Static Control M973S404XX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Totoku parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Monitech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the PGGLOBLEP8TE7585T8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDT948 manufactured by Totoku and we are pleased to be able to service most Totoku systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML121CT2100 by Manufacturer Monitech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Esa Brand PCS090ESA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as PM15E1XD5 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PV057TST2DF0 made by Pac-Touch as well as the popular PM810UMG original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT620CST142B by Omron and PM15E1XD5 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPN7000MS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
