COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ssd 546-0800-9-0-1-105-1010-0-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vat such as the 10844CE44ASG10071 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CFW500D24P0T4NBN1 manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLC4342F312211 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VFSXN4037UP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vat such as 10844CE44ASG10125 equipment made by Vat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV66FD23N4 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular 430011512 original spares produced by Sterns Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X4C20100C by Vacon and 10844CE44ASG10125 spares by Vat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CFW700A10P0T2DBN1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
