COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D SFD212FG2Y parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ssd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 T-B-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the MC1KJU030V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 54825504810881010044 manufactured by Ssd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ssd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WFC40050CH7 by Manufacturer T-B-Woods as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand PT50FS4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stanley such as 21A101502 equipment made by Stanley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stanley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stanley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available X4C40150C made by Vacon as well as the popular X2CXFC40075B original spares produced by T-B-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VED20019BAG42T by Volkman and 21A101502 spares by Stanley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
