COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D PJA36040U43A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Amicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Amicon such as the TPY3A1482B75HP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSXH5744M manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMDMCU11604001R00 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand PROMAG50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Enerpac such as SP35 equipment made by Enerpac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Enerpac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Enerpac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RD115015 made by Bayside as well as the popular TVMI4000GS0E00F1000000T00 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAC35150460L00W1220 by Indramat and SP35 spares by Enerpac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T40B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Torque. |
