COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D LAL36300V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hoerbiger-Origa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bayside parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hoerbiger-Origa such as the P126S22X72BM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RD115015 manufactured by Bayside and we are pleased to be able to service most Bayside systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M405CA1E1 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand LAL3640033M8002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Air-Valve such as PR10PH10EA equipment made by Air-Valve have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Air-Valve products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Air-Valve" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MBT100L made by Btg as well as the popular MPLB580JMJ74AA original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PGL36025U33A by Square-D and PR10PH10EA spares by Air-Valve are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFXSP5700TPD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
