COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D CMDVF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the TX1424AD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV21240JC010AX0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP450ZB21 by Manufacturer Proface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PRSACDIN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unitronics such as JZ1011PT15 equipment made by Unitronics have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AGP3500S1D24 made by Proface as well as the popular A2NCPUS1 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NS5SQ00V1 by Omron and JZ1011PT15 spares by Unitronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 110HS12ZDM2282 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toauto.
