COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D ATV58HD12N4XZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Volkman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toei such as the PTSQ1405 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AD20V4B3NV10 manufactured by Volkman and we are pleased to be able to service most Volkman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FM100410N1 by Manufacturer Teco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand CFW700A03P6T4DBN1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toei such as VLPD5010A equipment made by Toei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SST1500UCX519373 made by Teknic as well as the popular A5102008C3U original spares produced by Teco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F5104250C3U by Teco and VLPD5010A spares by Toei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSTA50DandTSB13152B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
