COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D ATV31HD11S6X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ssd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Volkman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teco such as the EQ72150C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AH385851U003 manufactured by Ssd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ssd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 72194G1C by Manufacturer Volkman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Superior Brand 440EPI10V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Volkman such as 75030G12 equipment made by Volkman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Volkman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Volkman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available X4C20075C made by Vacon as well as the popular N3225N1U original spares produced by Teco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130G304035 by Toshiba and 75030G12 spares by Volkman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GF5102015C3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
