COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 9055-A0120R SER. A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Royal-Switchgear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warrick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the RTM20CI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 19918 manufactured by Royal-Switchgear and we are pleased to be able to service most Royal-Switchgear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2G1F02Z1E by Manufacturer Warrick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand 82562 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Willmar such as 250601X equipment made by Willmar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Willmar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Willmar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PD10AB57 made by Te-Connectivity as well as the popular 45A1088 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1351D17A01 by Westinghouse and 250601X spares by Willmar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSTON Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
