COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 9038CG32 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Star products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sta¶ber parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sti product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Star such as the 185942063 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDS manufactured by Sta¶ber and we are pleased to be able to service most Sta¶ber systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FS4336BX3 by Manufacturer Sti as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stegmann Brand AG615XSRS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ssm such as L71 equipment made by Ssm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ssm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ssm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 165349410 made by Star as well as the popular 151217013 original spares produced by Star Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC7SR20225X by Sti and L71 spares by Ssm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BGXH25BL2L640NZ0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Staf. |
