COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 8839EFD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Unico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Volkman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teijin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Unico such as the 3114355 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VED20020CA10 manufactured by Volkman and we are pleased to be able to service most Volkman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ARS6015 by Manufacturer Teijin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vacon Brand PC00414E690v in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as ATV31HD11S6X equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VFS94055PLWN made by Toshiba as well as the popular 8660MHO46 original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 107938 by Unico and ATV31HD11S6X spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDSV8L2P2FTDSV8L2P2F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tek-drive. |
