COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 8810SDO2V02S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sbe-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teradyne product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sbe-Inc such as the 900799 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B04L20G24K0A1M manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 95005700 by Manufacturer Teradyne as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A16B22010791 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brother such as AB12C2046F329 equipment made by Brother have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brother products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brother" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BLC20007211 made by Nus-Instruments as well as the popular AVS20 original spares produced by Amerivacs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BPCAX3600E148P00E by Balluff and AB12C2046F329 spares by Brother are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C200HMC221KJ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
