COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 8538SCA22V02CP51P52SX22Y74 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unico parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the VFNC1220V02KWVFNC1200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1100575015CYF21C01804480 manufactured by Unico and we are pleased to be able to service most Unico systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT130G9U4330 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand ATV58HD16N4XZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as LXM15MD56N4 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 355400SM made by Symcom as well as the popular VFA3N8075PYA70D original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N3450N1U by Teco and LXM15MD56N4 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VSD17U90N46 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
