COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 8538SBA23V02S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Star products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ssi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Star product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Star such as the 106626000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5136PFBISA manufactured by Ssi and we are pleased to be able to service most Ssi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 162321310 by Manufacturer Star as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 8538SCG61V02CP51X10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stelron such as JR190100 equipment made by Stelron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stelron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stelron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KCL34150 made by Square-D as well as the popular 8539SD7V03 original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8538SDA24 by Square-D and JR190100 spares by Stelron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8539SCG43V81CF4G28H309 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
