COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 8030 CRM-222R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Avery product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A04B0218C201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AB2707M485P3DTAMMicroSerDRevA manufactured by Ab and we are pleased to be able to service most Ab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AWT05507981 by Manufacturer Avery as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kearney--Trecker Brand ASSY140010600RevC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aaeon such as AMB2003HTTD2 equipment made by Aaeon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aaeon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aaeon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 92Y0179707 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular A210 original spares produced by Camille-Bauer-Sineax Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A02B0098C132andPZ015C by Fanuc and AMB2003HTTD2 spares by Aaeon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
