COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 3020/CM2450 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Polycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Adept product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Polycom such as the 500007003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4100204 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3033012350R by Manufacturer Adept as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand 4015645100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bentley-Nevada such as 3115190 equipment made by Bentley-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bentley-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bentley-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3060951551 made by Schneider as well as the popular 40PB3205A original spares produced by Asea Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5005053 by Texas-Instruments and 3115190 spares by Bentley-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4zk96 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
