COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 3020-CM2350 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ramsey-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quick-Panel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey-Technology such as the C07226KE003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S71531AA030XB0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPJ2D100S2PQPJ20100S2P by Manufacturer Quick-Panel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PT7C4D12711PT7C4D8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as PM870MG equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PT10C21D8SB made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 1785KA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT8071iE by Weinview and PM870MG spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT20SST121BV1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
