COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Spx Hytec MODEL B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marquette product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC112B0LD3C130A0S005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M818058RST1X manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MARQUETTE by Manufacturer Marquette as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC090C0GD2C130B1S003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Compumotor such as M5740D0 equipment made by Compumotor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Compumotor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Compumotor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI520LXS05 made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC112D0ED2C130A2S013 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD071CN030N2T by Indramat and M5740D0 spares by Compumotor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M7031A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
