COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sperry Farragat 1562795 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sterns parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stearns product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the P421SPR0050KX401VF0020MP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 105601E11 manufactured by Sterns and we are pleased to be able to service most Sterns systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 566835100 by Manufacturer Stearns as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stearns Brand 108708100NF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Synchroflex such as 100AT10920 equipment made by Synchroflex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Synchroflex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Synchroflex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7S158 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular CHH6175Y11R20 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5V902 by Tb-Woods and 100AT10920 spares by Synchroflex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5V675 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
