COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Speedtronics 7.5HP4P213T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Minarik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tl such as the 5IK60GUS3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4185KXIK0024 manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50801402 by Manufacturer Minarik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mez Brand 4BP100L4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wantai such as 42BYGHW811 equipment made by Wantai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wantai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wantai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4AP132S4 made by Birkenbeul as well as the popular 4230190480 original spares produced by Atlas-Copco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4220163590 by Atlas-Copco and 42BYGHW811 spares by Wantai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4461AMBGS18S141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Georgii-Kobold. |
