COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Speedtronics 20HP4P256T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nidec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tigear-/-Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec such as the 15701513100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20A15R14SL500FHVEM3554T manufactured by Tigear-/-Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Tigear-/-Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FT50460AF711Z by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1FK71015AF711KG3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delco such as 1L4511FR equipment made by Delco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20BA025FXW02 made by Sanyo as well as the popular 1FT70445AF711FG1 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FK70623BF711RG1 by Siemens and 1L4511FR spares by Delco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1911721 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Roemheld. |
