COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Speedtronics 125HP4P444T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tai-Shi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tai-Shi such as the 20150711 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 280610298 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FT30445AZ219Z by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 105603100BPF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reuland such as 0007C1AAN0012 equipment made by Reuland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reuland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reuland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10F2000A06B0355B756 made by Faunc as well as the popular 00236ST3QIE145T original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 279873 by Indramat and 0007C1AAN0012 spares by Reuland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10HP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Himmel-American-Contex-Corporation. |
