COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Speedtronic SPVLMQ224-15-13-56CXMPP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Synchroflex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Spieth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Synchroflex such as the 75AT10890 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HCS3175 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSW5032 by Manufacturer Spieth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand H3145 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thomas-Micron such as 347124255965 equipment made by Thomas-Micron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thomas-Micron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thomas-Micron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5160 made by Stromag as well as the popular TCD10538S original spares produced by Thermo-Web Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TOSHIBAMOTOR1HP by Sumitomo and 347124255965 spares by Thomas-Micron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 625B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
