COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Speedaire 6X373 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stahl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8538SBA23V81ACFF4P92TX22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9192 manufactured by Stahl and we are pleased to be able to service most Stahl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GJL36100 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sprecher--Schuh Brand CAU79XBECBG3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ssb such as CDDFS02V38T5 equipment made by Ssb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ssb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ssb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9035DW30 made by Square-D as well as the popular 736SC7V02S original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8538SDA42V80CFF4G26H3072T11 by Square-D and CDDFS02V38T5 spares by Ssb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M3P80F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Staefa. |
