COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Spectrum Illumination LA112-630 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Markem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD093BN020N2M110PB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAR501B001 manufactured by Markem and we are pleased to be able to service most Markem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NMPC01 by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hitachi Brand MBM300GS12A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MAC112B0GD4C130A2WI521LXS018 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPMA51 made by Windsor as well as the popular MSA6508 original spares produced by Rsf-Electronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MICRO5000 by Mi2 and MAC112B0GD4C130A2WI521LXS018 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NPEFL8300383ERF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
