COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Solartron Metrology OD4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sony products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sony parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sona-Trol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sony such as the OPTMMQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FSE3016U manufactured by Sony and we are pleased to be able to service most Sony systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STA5 by Manufacturer Sona-Trol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 3632010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ss316 such as ATX2874700 equipment made by Ss316 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ss316 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ss316" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8538SBW13V81CFF4TX11 made by Square-D as well as the popular 3010F060N4P0013B4000 original spares produced by Solcon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8965DPR34V02 by Square-D and ATX2874700 spares by Ss316 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3253067 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Spx. |
