COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Solartron M920370AG39.03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Matrix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Matrix such as the PNF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T85820106003005096 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCS6051 by Manufacturer Warner-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand 4200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pragati such as 15145 equipment made by Pragati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pragati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pragati" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 715M358B01 made by Valenite as well as the popular 2530440000 original spares produced by York Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8134 by Hub and 15145 spares by Pragati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SF4AH48N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
