COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smc NCDY2S32H-2500B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sodick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sodick such as the AQ360L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NCDY2S32H2500B manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8538SCG34V81FH100TX11 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 3107440016 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Spectrum such as 1746SCOAP8I equipment made by Spectrum have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spectrum products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spectrum" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8538SBG63V89CFF4TX11 made by Square-D as well as the popular DLM6402051 original spares produced by Softronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 82352 by Square-D and 1746SCOAP8I spares by Spectrum are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8538SDA24V02CH30P51P52SX22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
