COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smc NCDQ2A50-63DC-73L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Spang products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Spang such as the 85300400000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8539SBG2V81C36FF4P1P2TX11 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8810DCG3V02S by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sony Brand DK802LR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Spang such as 85100250100 equipment made by Spang have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spang products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spang" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2510KW2H1317 made by Square-D as well as the popular MP10P24 original spares produced by Spellman Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1746scINO4vi by Spectrum and 85100250100 spares by Spang are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8538SBG63V89CFF4TX11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
