COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smc NCDPX2N10-100-A80S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sprecher--Schuh product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8539SB74V80CFF4H622P51P52TX11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS742N5022E601 manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PGS054480V by Manufacturer Sprecher--Schuh as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sprecher--Schuh Brand PFB0201600V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sola such as 832426003 equipment made by Sola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sola" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 736SCG8S made by Square-D as well as the popular PSKIT7403 original spares produced by Sonics--Materials Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5703982 by Spectronics and 832426003 spares by Sola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8538SBG12V84CFF4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
