COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smc NCDGCA32-0355-G5PL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spectrum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the PF2704037M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1746scINO4vi manufactured by Spectrum and we are pleased to be able to service most Spectrum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8539SEG42V81ACFF by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Socapex Brand 9z30842 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Solitech such as 101S3480070W equipment made by Solitech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Solitech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Solitech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9036 made by Square as well as the popular NCDRA1BW80180 original spares produced by Smc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9012GCW1 by Square-D and 101S3480070W spares by Solitech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S77 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sony. |
