COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smc MY2H40TNG-400L-M9PSAPC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the NCRB10070L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8030RIM125 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8536SGO1V02S by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 8660PJ22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 8539SCG42V81CF4H308P1P2TX20 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 205BAK125U9C7ATT made by Sor as well as the popular NCDPX2N10200 original spares produced by Smc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CA6250EI11120 by Sprecher--Schuh and 8539SCG42V81CF4H308P1P2TX20 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8510100D300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Spang. |
