COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Softronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Softronics such as the DLM6402051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MY1B256557PWVL manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1138 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc Brand MXW20250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 8536SDO1V02S equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 63231758 made by Solahd as well as the popular MXS20TN125B original spares produced by Smc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8538SBA21V08AP2 by Square-D and 8536SDO1V02S spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PNS0500480V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sprecher--Schuh.
