COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smc MQR2-M5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sonic-Air-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sonic-Air-Systems such as the 37G685Y536G1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3H20T2H45S manufactured by Sola and we are pleased to be able to service most Sola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS76FGS1 by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square Brand FAL36040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sodick such as PRY01 equipment made by Sodick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sodick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sodick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DLM6402051 made by Softronics as well as the popular MXQ1620C original spares produced by Smc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MY2H16G400LM9PMDPC by Smc and PRY01 spares by Sodick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 97671 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sola.
