COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smc MLGCLB40-700-R-D-H7A1L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Technology-80 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thk such as the SHS20C2SSCO220L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10844CE44ASG10132 manufactured by Vat and we are pleased to be able to service most Vat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5641BCABLE by Manufacturer Technology-80 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VT130G12055BOE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vacon such as PC00414E690v equipment made by Vacon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vacon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vacon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SFD212DG4W made by Square-D as well as the popular N3407C original spares produced by Teco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FAS4050FAS40008395548 by Stober and PC00414E690v spares by Vacon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSTA50DandTSB13152B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
