COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smc CDPXWM25-200-A73L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teco such as the F5104250C3U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A8PU05ABFW02 manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 130G1 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand LXM05AD34N4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tokyo such as MVME162032 equipment made by Tokyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tokyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tokyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3590188 made by Universal as well as the popular 178B5447 original spares produced by Trane Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Vt130g7u2270b by Toshiba and MVME162032 spares by Tokyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8539SCG44V81CFF4P1TX11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
