COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Smart Seal 99SS-1375-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sterling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Hydraulics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sterling such as the 11767 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17065 manufactured by Texas-Hydraulics and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Hydraulics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ANFJK20SV29 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sterling Brand 2262AQ025561 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Textron such as MHV50A020 equipment made by Textron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Textron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Textron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 566857100 made by Stearns as well as the popular C302N0210D100K4BTF original spares produced by Stober Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1A600501 by Spx and MHV50A020 spares by Textron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5L108108k Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stafford. |
