COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sm-cyclo CHHS4165Y-R1SB25 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ohio parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the FH47 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DB24252262MC140 manufactured by Ohio and we are pleased to be able to service most Ohio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DBES by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand D562419 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kop-flex such as D565862 equipment made by Kop-flex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kop-flex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kop-flex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ES28 made by Pic as well as the popular D56C original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSHB115120H0901011S086 by Gam and D565862 spares by Kop-flex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CHHS4175YR2SB11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
