COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sm-cyclo CHH-6165Y-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexnord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harmonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the F602WG0350MT20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D566116 manufactured by Rexnord and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexnord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSF2050GHF0SP4163 by Manufacturer Harmonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lenze Brand CLP460 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ameridrives such as D565905 equipment made by Ameridrives have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ameridrives products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ameridrives" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F1755B5G made by Boston as well as the popular CM28 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D576775 by Falk and D565905 spares by Ameridrives are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F72110B7J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
