COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Slicing Specialist STS-4040 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Orbisphere-Laboratories parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Esa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 920122701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3600320E manufactured by Orbisphere-Laboratories and we are pleased to be able to service most Orbisphere-Laboratories systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT440S2SF0000 by Manufacturer Esa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand XL50MMI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heidelberg-Harris such as WP5347028 equipment made by Heidelberg-Harris have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidelberg-Harris products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidelberg-Harris" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711K6C5X made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 9761CUSTDCPNL8X8 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UG430HSS1HMI by Fuji and WP5347028 spares by Heidelberg-Harris are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PT6M20D8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
