COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Skanamatic S20001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stegmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smartscan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the GAT12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4c1xv0a05n40 manufactured by Stegmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Stegmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 011112 by Manufacturer Smartscan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand 824360011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 9007MS02S0400 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TVS4EBA12A made by Square-D as well as the popular LCCFBACIUMS4324BXMS4324BR original spares produced by Sti Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2317100200 by Sr-Tam and 9007MS02S0400 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IFW5100385 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc. |
