COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Skaltek DCD-120-4K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leybold products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leybold such as the DryvacSystemM100S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSXW110 manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDC012N100ADS0102FW by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3800HSDD1F1G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as DX10222 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EPC3311512 made by Radisys as well as the popular DXM455C original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EP14850 by Phasetronics and DX10222 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3800HRCA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
