COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sipco MP105D012-15CT-B1P1-S-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MKD071B061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC090C0KD4C110A0WI522LVS001 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCS19F30RS0B0A28N by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gould Brand M6155006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as M941D10054 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M805AB3 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular M640A1147 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC090B0PD4C110AWI518LVS001 by Indramat and M941D10054 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M38BP820803TW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Waukesha-Cherry-burrell. |
